I ordered from wellspringmeds and mostly just kept checking the tracking here and there. It updated like you’d expect, and I could see when it was out for delivery, so that was... I mean, that’s really all I needed. The package showed up on the day it said it would and everything was fine. Nothing super fancy or anything, but it worked the way it was supposed to, and I’d probably use them again.

"Fair prices and basically what I expected"
I’d heard wellspringmeds.com usually has decent prices, so I went in kind of expecting them to be reasonable, and that’s pretty much what I found. I checked a few other sites just to compare, and while they weren’t the absolute cheapest on every single item, the prices still looked fair for what I needed.
Checkout was straightforward and I didn’t get that feeling like extra costs were being slipped in at the end. I’d use them again, especially since my experience lined up with what I already thought about them, though I do wish a few items had better deals sometimes

I ordered from Wellspring Meds mainly because I wanted everything kept low-key, and to be fair, the package showed up plain with no obvious labels or anything weird on it. That part was what I was hoping for.

The checkout felt discreet too, but I got annoyed trying to figure out what they actually do with your info. It felt like the goalposts kept moving a bit, first it seemed simple, then I had to dig around for privacy details, and even then it wasn’t as clear as I’d like.
Overall, it was okay and I didn’t have a bad experience, but I wouldn’t call it perfect. The privacy side seemed fine in practice, I just wish they communicated it more directly instead of making customers hunt for answers.

My order did get sorted out in the end, so I can’t say it was a total bad experience. But the replies took way longer than I expected, and at some points I felt like I was being ignored. They did eventually answer my questions, just not very quickly. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. Hopefully they can work on their response time a bit.

My order did eventually show up, but the tracking didn’t update for a few days and it arrived later than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but whenever tracking goes quiet like that, you just assume something’s gone wrong. Overall it was fine, but they really need to be more consistent with shipping times
